You can now add Guiding Statements to your Groups now to help members understand how your group’s aspirational qualities are meant to guide everyday actions & interactions within (and externally to) the group.

 

PRO TIP: Use this as an opportunity to start a discussion with your team members about how your Group’s Character Strengths manifest in day to day operations.

When creating a Culture Post, you can now update your Dependent Groups to share any organisation wide culture updates. Choose to update all Dependent Groups, or a select few.  

 

Other updates contained within this version include:

Users will now be notified of new Culture Posts from ShareTree or Groups you are subscribed to. Now team members won’t miss an important Culture Activity or Achievement posted by Culture Leaders.

• • Tapping on the Calendar will add an event to your Calendar app
  • Use the Event URL if you have a booking form for signups online
  • You can set the post to Post within the Group or publicly by setting the Post Visibility

 

 

 

 

 

New Flow to CGE (Character Growth Exercise) to make logging your Happiness simpler. Once you have acknowledged within your CGE, the app will get your Happiness level for the day. 

 

Feeds now show based on the time the acknowledgement was accepted, so that acknowledgements most recently interacted with are displayed at the top.

 

Filter your feed based on most Inspirational acknowledgements first. Learn what inspires others the most. 

 

We have updated the Character Cards and introduced a more detailed view to see all cards in each Character Groups. 

 

 

Users can now see both Receiver and Sender profiles from the leaf detail screen

NOTE: If you are currently running a Character Growth Exercise, you’ll get activities corresponding to your current progress. Feel free to keep going with your current Growth Exercise should you wish to complete it.

Introducing Culture Posts! Group Admins can now make three types of posts within (and outside) the Group. They are:

 

• Culture Activity – if you’re group is doing something together, eg a Company BBQ
• Community Benefit – for group outings to volunteer
• Achievement – to celebrate a group member reaching a milestone

 

 

These posts can be updated to Group Members only or publicly which will notify non-members who follow your Group. 

 

 

 

To access this feature, you first must be a Group Admin, from your Home Feed, navigate to your Group then you’ll be able to see a create Culture Post.
