    Bengaluru: Reigning National billiards champion Varshaa Sanjeev bounced back after the opening day’s reverse with twin wins in the women’s 6-red snooker selection camp tournament at the KSBA hall here on Wednesday. Bengaluru’s Varshaa, who lost to Amee Kamani in her opener, scored a 3-0 win over statemate Keerthana P and 3-1 verdict over Maharashtra’s Arantxa Sanchis.
    National champion Vidya Pillai too stayed in the reckoning with a hard-fought 3-2 win over Arantxa. In the boys’ U-16 snooker event, eight players, including three Karnataka cueists, have made it the round-robin league.
